Process
1. Brainstorming ideas
_{Artist and client will discuss each other about the commission, this will help the artist have a better vision of what the client requested. It is recommended that Client should provide clear and as many references, including assets and materials as possible.}
2. Sketch
_{Artist will provide a rough sketch for the commission. It will contain some key details and overall composition.}
3. Finalize
_{Artist will render and finalize everything.}Payment
_{Artist accepts payment through PayPal, Wise, or Vietnamese bank account if the Client is Vietnamese.}
_{The payment will be initiate after the second step of the process. Client will pay 100% upfront after invoices are sent. Client must not send money before receiving any notice from the Artist.}
_{Split payment is available.}Deadlines
_{Artist will send as many updates to client as possible. Only the major updates will be sent to the Client.}
_{For the best quality, Artist will work more freely: after the second step of the process, Artist will calculate the time needed to complete the commission, based on the level of complexity of it.}
_{Artist must complete the commission within the mentioned duration, but unexpected circumstances will hinder the process. Therefore, Artist must inform the Client about any delay as soon as possible.}Revision
_{Client can request for unlimited revision during step 2 of the process. Client has to provide as many details about the revision as possible.}
_{During the final step, Client can request for 3 minor revisions.}
_{If the revision exceed some expectation of the commission, then the extension of the deadline might be needed.}
_{Missing some commission details is not counted towards the minor revisions' turn.}
_{Any major revision during the final step might incur a fee.}Refunds
_{Artist will initiate a full refund if there are unexpected circumstances, otherwise no refund will be made.}Artist rights
_{Commission for Client is for personal use only unless further discussion.}
_{Artist may public the commission at any time on social media, including WIPs. If Client wish to private the work, please request it beforehand, with free of charge.}
_{Artist retains full copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights.}
_{Artist has the right to reuse rejected sketches for future projects, under the condition that it will not infringe the Client's intellectual property rights.}Client rights
_{The commission is for personal use only unless further discussion, means that Client must not display on social media with monetization and only for promotional purposes.}
_{Client must not claim work as their own, and must give full credit to the Artist when publicing the commission.}
_{Altering work without permission, reselling, redistributing, plagiarizing, using it for NFTs, AI tools is stricly probihited.}
_{Client must not propose their own personal agreement. Anything must be discussed based on the Artist's Terms of Service, and can be discussed further.}Commercial rights
_{Client must inform about commercial commission before started working.}
_{Commercial commission will give the Client full commercial rights for agreed purposes.}
_{Artist may public WIPs, livestream for showcasing the commission. If Client wish to private, please inform.}
_{Artist must not share a full-sized work publicly under conditions provided by the Client.}General
_{By commissioning, the Client will agree to the Artist's Terms of Service.}
_{Client must warrant that the reference provided, such as character, assets, materials, etc. are legally used for commission.}
